Jiangsu Nuoyan to Build Production Base for 1 Million Compressors Annually, Operational by 2025

Jiangsu Nuoyan is investing 534 million yuan to build a compressor manufacturing base, operational by December 2025. The project will feature advanced automation, create hundreds of jobs, and support multiple industries, including new energy vehicles. Jiangsu Nuoyan New Energy Vehicle Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. has officially launched the construction of its "Annual Production of 1 Million Compressors" manufacturing base, with a total investment of 534 million yuan. The project is scheduled to commence operations in December 2025. Upon completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 480 million yuan and generate 45.54 million yuan in annual taxes and profits, establishing itself as a key production base for compressors in the Yangtze River Delta region.  

 

Smart Manufacturing for Quality and Efficiency

The project will introduce over 200 advanced equipment units, including fully automated machining centers and high-end CNC lathes, and establish 10 fully automated production lines. Through the application of intelligent technologies, it will achieve efficient and precise production while significantly enhancing both capacity and product quality.  

 

Multi-Sector Applications to Drive Industrial Upgrades  

The product lineup includes both traditional and new energy compressors, suitable for a wide range of applications such as passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, and new energy vehicles. This will provide energy-efficient compressor solutions across multiple industries.  

 

Job Creation and Industrial Chain Development

The project covers a total area of 36.43 mu (approximately 24,290 square meters) with a construction area of 32,500 square meters. Once operational, it will create hundreds of jobs and effectively promote the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, further strengthening the region's industrial cluster advantages.
